We enjoy greatly ‘Keeping Sponsorship Real’ as demonstrated by Bridgestone in their extremely generous sponsorship of the 2015 World solar challenge.
As brand ambassador Shane Jacobson, invited 1,000 international students and volunteers to join him for a BBQ and a kick of the footy before setting off for their 3000km journey to Adelaide, we found the Bridgestone Australia CEO, Andrew Moffat down in the pits, talking to the teams about their plans and Bridgestone tyre engineers following the route checking on the Bridgestone tyres donated to the teams and capturing R & D at the roadside.
We loved working with Bridgestone as you know immediately how genuine they are as a company in supporting youth, innovation and finding better ways of using technology, because ‘Tomorrow Matters’.
